Health and safety is on the minds of many students and post-secondary workers as they return to campuses.
Students and workers are greatly affected by the realities of poor funding to post-secondary institutions the impacts they have on the health and safety of those who work and study on campuses. Join this webinar to be part of a discussion on the three rights all workers need to know about when entering workplaces and educational spaces: the right to participate, know and refuse. We will also discuss joint health and safety committees and what health and safety will look like on campuses during and beyond COVID-19. Panelists will offer different perspectives and renew the call for greater student and worker solidarity.
This webinar is a space for organizing conversations, as students and workers join together to build in defining the new normal at their respective campuses to ensure their voices are heard when campuses begin to re-open.
This webinar is being presented through a partnership between OFL and CFS-Ontario to build a better understanding of Health & Safety for all students and post-secondary workers as they return to campuses.
